Order Returns

At BB Catering & Events, we take customer feedback very seriously.

Your order had been specially baked and customized for you based on the brief or selection you have made from our ONLINE cake store. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, do let us know immediately the cake has been received. If you selected the delivery option, please call our Customer care on 0703 251 1841, stating what the issue is.

Returns are not allowed but depending on what the issue & circumstance is, BB Catering & Events, will either replace the order entirely with no cost to the customer or issue a full refund. This however is based on Managements discretion after the situation has been fully considered.
